Gather your supplies: craft paints, brushes, crayons, colored pencils and glue. These items can be purchased inexpensively at any craft store, or you can raid your child's coloring box. Oh, don't forget scissors!
"Art is found in the most unexpected places"
I find inspiration everywhere. My "muse" comes from various sources, including other artists, nature, and world cultures. I enjoy combining pastel and crayons with collage, ink and acrylics. I also create digital paintings and collages with “Gimp”, an open-source software application similar to PhotoShop.
I am a self-taught artist with some formal education.
I live and work in Pensacola, Florida, in the most western part of the panhandle on the spectacular Gulf of Mexico. I spent childhood in Hawaii, and have lived in Oregon, Germany, and in New Mexico.
